ATM: Peer learning with our cooperative managers

Three of our founding farmer-leaders from our partner-cooperatives Kasappi ArcPres Roxas Agrarian Proarc and Nagkakaisang Mamamayan Sa Kanlurang Batangas share practices on #cooperative management during our project-end assessment and evaluation here at Tagaytay City.

Kap Joe Amora shares Kasappi's experience in loans management and accessing government and private support services with Ka Chito and Ka Daniel.

Peer sharing is an essential part of learning among farmers and managers like our partner-leaders. With peer learning, farmers are able to utilize the experience and expertise of other knowledgeable farmers to benefit themselves.
